Home Insurance Quotes – Renters, Condos, Mobiles

Homeowner’s insurance is not just for owners of houses!

Renter’s Insurance - If you presently rent, the owner of the house, no doubt, has homeowner insurance coverage, however it is not going to cover your furnishings – furniture, clothes, camera, computers, golf clubs, treasures in the garage.  These are yours, thus your responsibility, as you shop for home insurance quotes.  As with a homeowner you want to protect yourself, and your family, from the same things any other homeowner is concerned about.  Your policy will also include Personal Property Protection, Family Liability Protection, and Guest Medical Coverage. Flood insurance can also be purchased.

Condominium Insurance - is a cross between homeowners and renter insurance, in that it covers what the Condominium Home Owners Association does not cover.  It is recommended that you check with the Condominium Home Owners Association to determine whether they include Dwelling Protection in their policy. (No need in both of you paying for the same thing, but there is a need in one of you doing so.J)

Mobile Home Insurance – covers more than damage to the mobile home, contents and liability.  Available also is insuring whatever improvements you make and for any loss of it’s use.  If, you have to vacate the premise for a time, your living expenses will be covered.  If you have to relocate your mobile home, insurance can be obtained during the move to a new location.  Other coverages are available in certain states.
